How long does bulk production take?
25–35 days after deposit and sample approval for most knit styles; softshell jackets take 35–45 days. Sampling adds 7–10 days up front.
How do I track my order?
Every order receives a private tracking link showing 10 production stages — from fabric sourcing to delivery — updated each working day with floor photos, plus deposit and balance status. No login required. Track an order →
What quality standard do you inspect to?
Inline inspection during production plus a final AQL 2.5 inspection before packing. Third-party inspections (SGS, TÜV, your own agent) are welcome at any stage.
What are the payment terms?
30% deposit by bank transfer to start production, 70% balance before shipment. Every payment is registered and reconciled offline — you can see status on your tracking page.
Which shipping terms do you support?
FOB Guangzhou/Shenzhen by default; CIF and DDP available for EU and North American ports. Air freight for samples and urgent top-ups.
